What we collect
Your Kick username and Kick user ID, your broadcaster ID if you connect a channel, and your email via OAuth. Authentication tokens are stored securely. EL_RA3I is free to use.
Chat data
Chatter profiles (username, message count, behavioural notes), conversation history (the last 20 messages per user), and a volatile buffer (the last 50 messages per channel, in memory only).
Image uploads
If you sign in to add a picture, we store your Kick username and user id with the image so the streamer knows who contributed it. For security we also keep a log of upload attempts , the time, your IP address, the file size and type, and whether the file was accepted or rejected. This log exists to stop abuse of the upload form and is kept for 30 days, after which it is deleted automatically. We may retain or disclose specific records for longer where we are legally required to, or to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Uploaded pictures are converted to a new image file on our server and the file you sent is discarded; location data and other metadata in the original are not kept.
Third parties
Messages are processed by our AI model. No data is sold.
Deletion
Disconnect your channel to remove your auth data. Contact the administrator for data deletion. Security records that enforce an active permanent ban (see "Retention") are kept while that ban is active, so that the ban cannot be bypassed; they are deleted once the ban ends and the periods below have passed.
Security data and its purpose
EL_RA3I collects security data to protect the application, streamers and users against abuse, harassment, malicious files, cheating and ban evasion. It is used for that purpose only.
Security cookie and browser characteristics
When you visit EL_RA3I we set a first-party security cookie: a random identifier, HttpOnly, Secure over HTTPS, lasting one year and renewed while you use the app. Only a keyed hash of it is stored on our server. While you are signed in, your browser also sends characteristics it makes available to websites: browser and operating-system family and version, device architecture, screen size and colour depth, pixel ratio, time zone, languages, touch and pointer capabilities, CPU thread count, a coarse memory figure, graphics driver and renderer information, and how it draws a test canvas and WebGL image. We store keyed hashes of these, and the short readable form of the ordinary ones, as a device fingerprint. We do not read serial numbers, hardware addresses, files or installed software, and we use no third-party tracking or advertising service.
Network information
We record the IP address of signed-in requests: the exact IPv4 address or, for IPv6, the address and its /64 network prefix. They are stored as keyed hashes for matching, and the full address is kept for the administrator's review. Ordinary network records are deleted after 30 days.
Security profiles, linked accounts and household networks
Your security cookie, device fingerprint and network records form a security profile attached to your Kick account. One profile can link several accounts that use the same browser, device or network. When an account is permanently banned, the administrator may also block the exact network it normally used (the exact IPv4 address or IPv6 /64 prefix). An account that later uses the banned account's security cookie, a closely matching device fingerprint or a blocked network is banned automatically, even if it belongs to someone else who shares that network, such as a member of the same household. Weaker matches only flag the accounts for the administrator. Some networks are shared by many customers, so a network match does not prove that two accounts are the same person. Every ban can be appealed.
Who can see security data
Security data and reports are visible only to the administrator. Streamers and moderators never see them. A channel's owner sees the bans, reports and appeals of their own channel only, and a person never sees who reported them. Security data is not sold and is not provided for advertising or commercial profiling.
Reports, bans and appeals
Streamers and moderators can report a chatter of their channel with a category, an optional explanation and references to records we already hold, such as uploads; chat messages are not copied. Channel owners can ban people from their own channel's features, and the administrator can permanently ban an account from EL_RA3I. We record who issued each ban, when and why, and any appeal and its decision. You can appeal each ban once from the notice shown to you, or contact the administrator through the Contact page.
Retention
Network records: 30 days. Security cookie and fingerprint records and your profile: while your account is active and for 12 months after you last use it, then deleted. Records that enforce an active permanent ban, including blocked networks: while that ban is active. Closed reports: 90 days after they are closed, unless tied to an active ban or appeal. Appeals, ended bans and the administrator's audit history: 24 months after they end, unless an active ban still needs them.

Our hosting and database providers process technical data, including the data described above, only to run the application for us.
