Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting your Kick.tv channel to EL_RA3I, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, disconnect immediately.

2. Description of service

EL_RA3I is an automated chat companion for Kick.tv. It responds to messages, remembers user preferences, and operates autonomously while your stream is live.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for your channel's content. EL_RA3I does not use profanity and refuses to execute moderation commands. You may disconnect at any time.

4. Data collection

See our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Provided "as is" without warranty.

6. Termination

The administrator may ban any channel or account. You may disconnect at any time.

7. Bans, reports and appeals

Channel owners can ban a person from their own channel's EL_RA3I features for a number of days or permanently. Moderators can report users but cannot issue bans. The administrator can issue permanent bans from EL_RA3I in every channel. You can appeal a ban once, through the application.

8. Security and ban evasion

To enforce bans, EL_RA3I uses the security information described in the Privacy Policy. A permanent ban can also block the banned person's browser, device profile and household network, and accounts that match them can be blocked automatically. Creating another account to avoid a ban is a breach of these Terms.
